These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DG Vault and related software, services, APIs, and applications.

By using DG Vault, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

DG Vault provides electronic dangerous goods shipping document functionality, compliance support tools, and emergency response information access capabilities.

DG Vault does not provide legal advice or guarantee regulatory compliance.

Users must:

• Be authorized to use the platform
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain account confidentiality
• Use the platform lawfully
• Comply with applicable dangerous goods regulations

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of dangerous goods information
• Compliance with applicable regulations
• Internal procedures and employee training
• Determining platform suitability for operational needs

DG Vault supports electronic shipping document workflows operating under applicable equivalency certificates or regulatory frameworks.

Users remain fully responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

DG Vault may support emergency responder access to dangerous goods information but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or emergency outcomes.

All DG Vault software, branding, functionality, and intellectual property remain the property of CTS Solutions and its licensors.

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded operational data. DG Vault may process and store information as necessary to provide services.

DG Vault may modify functionality, perform maintenance, suspend access for operational reasons, and update platform requirements without guaranteeing uninterrupted service.

Subscription fees, payment obligations, suspension rights, and pricing changes shall be governed by commercial agreements.

DG Vault may suspend or terminate access for violations, security concerns, fraudulent activity, or unpaid fees.

CTS Solutions and DG Vault shall not be liable for indirect damages, business interruption, regulatory penalties, shipment delays, or emergency response outcomes.

Users agree to indemnify CTS Solutions and DG Vault against claims arising from misuse, regulatory non-compliance, or inaccurate dangerous goods information.

Both parties agree to protect confidential business and operational information.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.

DG Vault may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
