Delete your account.

Open the DG Vault app, tap More, then Delete account, and confirm. You are signed out on every device straight away and cannot sign back in.

A driver still carrying a load must deliver or hand it over first. A company administrator removes their company account by contacting us, so the company is not left without an owner.

If you cannot use the app, email info@dgvault.ca from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my DG Vault account". We confirm within 30 days.

Your login, password and active sessions; your profile in the app; your place on your company's user list; the notification token for your device; and the shipping documents, certificates and offline records saved on your phone.

Shipping records you signed or delivered, and the delivery signatures on them, belong to the carrier and consignor. The Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations require them to keep shipping documents for at least two years, so these records, with your name as it appears on them, stay with your former company and are not deleted with your account. Your TDG training certificate stays in your company's training records for the same reason.

Encrypted backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
